IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

You are free to install and use this unregistered trial version. You can activate the commercial version without the time restriction by entering a purchased registration key. The registration key is bound to your mobile phone's serial number (IMEI) and each key is valid for one phone only. If you buy a new phone, you need to buy a new registration key, the license is not transferable.

Near country borders it may be wise to lock the phone into your home network to avoid unintentional roaming charges.

Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.

By using the software, you agree that your mobile phone serial number (IMEI) and location information may be disclosed to a third party while transferring the location data to a logging database server. If you have activated the program and give your phone to a third person, you must inform him or her about the location tracking possibility, if e.g. the local data protection law regulates mobile phone location tracking.

The program is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of the program and for results obtained. Aspicore Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage to your phone. Aspicore Ltd shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing the program.
